Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials and equipment.
- Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project costs, schedules and site productivity.
- Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems and construction delays.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings.
Job Requirements
- at least 10 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, project management and site coordination.
