We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and direct construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Job Description:
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage construction activities, including site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor forces.
- Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure project documentation and records are maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections.
- Identify and address defects or deficiencies.

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Min 5 years of construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
