Job Description

Manage construction activities and progress independently
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives.
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
Ensure the quality of work
Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
Attend project meetings
Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability
Preferably with experience in façade installation and curtain wall decoration management
Min Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 5 years of working experience in the related field with condominium /the commercial building is required for this position.
Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
