Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, safety standards, and building regulations.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and opportunities, and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Maintain proper documentation for changes in specifications, scope, and drawings.
- Address delays, site issues, and emergencies promptly.
- Monitor productivity and schedule performance, and implement improvements where necessary.
- Promote and enforce company safety standards on site.
- Manage materials, manpower, equipment, and costs to ensure efficient utilization and minimal wastage.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management for residential, government, or commercial building projects (public and private).
