Job Description
- HR Executive - Construction Industry
- Requirements & Responsibilities
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and relevant MOM regulations and requirements.
- Relevant HR experience in the Singapore construction industry, with the ability to handle a full spectrum of HR functions.
- Experience in handling work injury and compensation matters, including WICA-related cases, documentation, reporting, and coordination with relevant parties.
- Handle all work pass-related matters, including Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and other MOM-related submissions.
- Able to communicate effectively with multi-national workers, including handling day-to-day HR and employment-related matters.
- Responsible for work pass applications and ensuring workers employment documents and records are properly maintained and compliant.
- Handle workers feedback, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employment-related enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate closely with project sites, site management teams, supervisors, and workers regarding manpower deployment, attendance, leave, accommodation, documentation, and other HR matters.
- Liaise with MOM, insurers, clinics/hospitals, dormitories, training centres, and other relevant authorities or service providers when required.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently manage HR matters involving foreign workers.
