Responsibilities
- Conduct inspection, audit, and evaluation of construction equipment across multiple infrastructure project sites in Singapore.
- Diagnose mechanical and technical faults in heavy machinery and perform minor repairs, adjustments, and part replacements when required.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for major repair works and ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns.
- Carry out routine servicing activities including cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of machinery.
- Prepare and submit audit findings, site investigation reports, and technical recommendations to management.
- Support vendor assessment, selection, and performance evaluation for equipment and machinery.
- Review project performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective action plans to improve efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery.
- Willing and able to travel to multiple project sites when required.
