Construction Engineer

Job Requirement

• Recognized Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• At least two years relevant project management experience in the area of project management for system related works
• Proficient in programmed planning software such as Microsoft Project for Windows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful and meticulous
• Highly motivated and pro-active with the ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) for Windows
• Good verbal communication and writing skills in English
• Be expected to travel regularly between office and sites
• Perform night work based on project needs and
• Possess Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Job Description

• Develop and execute the operations projects with multiple project engineers and managers within the work place.
• Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Site Management, Control Management, Procurement, Construction Management, etc. are all coordinated and properly staffed to meet the project.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Establish the working relationship with operations management needed to facilitate the coordination and execution of project work, such that the operational impact is minimized.
• Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedule.
