Review & Approval Management: Assist in the thorough review and approval process of shop drawings, material samples, and vendor submittals from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with design specifications and project requirements.
Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and documentation related to all design and construction activities, supporting project tracking, compliance requirements, and quality assurance processes.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the design team to identify and resolve complex design issues while incorporating client feedback effectively, ensuring projects meet stakeholder expectations and technical requirements.

Who are we looking for
Educational Foundation: Candidates with a Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related technical disciplines that provide strong foundational knowledge in design principles, construction methods, and technical documentation standards.
Specialized Experience: Professionals with minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or Coordinator within the construction industry, with preference given to those with experience in landed houses.
Technical Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in CAD software including AutoCAD and Revit, along with other design-related tools and applications essential for producing high-quality architectural drawings and project documentation.
Construction Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of building materials, construction methods, and design principles that enable effective coordination with contractors and accurate interpretation of project requirements.
