Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor progress and performance against project plans manage day-to-day operations including manpower planning, progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
- Lead conceptual development, organization, scheduling, and implementation of construction projects.
- Oversee cost management across materials, manpower, and machinery to keep projects within approved budgets.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders to minimize errors and ensure smooth project completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and developers to resolve site and compliance issues.
- Review manpower planning and work schedules to ensure smooth operations and effective delegation.
- Implement safe, cost-effective methodologies and enforce project standards.
- Issue timely instructions to address delays or emergencies on site.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction industry experience.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
