Job Description:
- Lead the implementation of CONQUAS standards and guidelines on construction projects.
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans aligned with BCA CONQUAS requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure CONQUAS compliance throughout all phases of construction.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and audits to assess workmanship and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify areas of non-compliance or poor workmanship and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and track rectification works and follow-up on closures.
- Prepare and coordinate all documentation, mock-ups, and quality checks required for CONQUAS assessments.
- Engage with BCA assessors and facilitate site inspections.
- Conduct internal pre-assessments and identify areas for improvement before official evaluations.
- Provide training and guidance to site staff, subcontractors, and workers on CONQUAS standards.
- Develop and distribute quality control checklists and best practice guides.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, assessment results, and improvement actions.
- Prepare and submit regular quality performance reports to senior management.
- Lead a team of QA/QC personnel in ensuring high quality of work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or construction supervision.
- BCA Certified CONQUAS / QM Manager.
- Proven experience with CONQUAS systems and BCA assessment protocols.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
