Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Define project objectives and deliverables with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scheduling and procurement.
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Assign responsibilities, monitor work, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and update stakeholders on progress and changes.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates.
• Monitor and control project costs, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Address and resolve issues or delays proactively.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain documentation of all project activities, changes, and communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present project status reports, performance metrics, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field (PEB Recognized degree is added advantage)
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
