Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and validate product configurations and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Review quotations, sales orders, and configured products for accuracy.

Support product changes, engineering updates and new product introductions.

Participate in cross-functional configuration review meetings.

Investigate and resolve configuration-related issues.

Help improve business processes, data quality and automation initiatives.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or its equivalent.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) or manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Digital & AI Mindset and Interest in automation, and digital technologies.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools is advantageous.

Candidates without relevant experience who enjoy solving complex problems, working with data, and driving process improvements in a technology-driven environment.
