The Condo Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering professional front desk and concierge services within private residential developments.
This role is essential in maintaining service standards, ensuring smooth daily operations, and enhancing the overall resident experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide front desk and concierge services in a professional and courteous manner
Handle resident enquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently
Assist with booking of facilities (e.g. function rooms, BBQ pits, tennis courts)
Manage visitor access, deliveries, and resident registrations
Monitor and maintain the presentation of common areas
Support residents with general requests and coordination needs
Ensure adherence to condominium rules, safety procedures, and protocols
Maintain accurate logs, records, and daily reports
Escalate issues or incidents appropriately
Requirements
Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Presentable, professional, and service-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Basic proficiency in digital tools and communication systems
