Concrete mix truck driver

Responsibilities:

. Provide customer service by safely and efficiently transporting the goods from batching plant to customer's site

. Unloading the goods at the designated job sites within the time frame

. To maintain and keep assigned trucks clean at all times

. To ensure that the mixer drums are free of hardened concrete at all times

. To carry out visual checks on concrete slumps and follow procedures for the same

. To carry out truck maintenance according to the truck maintenance checklist at the planned interval

. To deliver Do's to the customer upon delivery of goods and ensure that Do's are signed and returned to the plant

. To carry out any other tasks as instructed

Requirements:

. High school diploma or GED.

. Proven driving experience in the Logistics Department as a concrete Truck Driver with at least 4 years Experience .

. Verified Commercial Driver License (CDL) will bepreferred.

. Professional CDL training will be preferred.

. Must pass the drug and alcohol test.

. A clean driving record will be preferred.

. Strong working knowledge of using the GPS and ability toplan routes accordingly.

. Solid understanding of truck driving rules andregulations.

. Ability to work for long working hours and Night Shifts .

. Ability to transport goods in all types of commercialvehicles, for example, Concrete Mixer truck etc.
. Quick decision-making skills.

. Hardworking and trustworthy individual.

. Good time management skills.
