OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of waste metal processing and metal fabrication.
• Ensure the safe loading and unloading of metal materials.
• Enforce all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Regularly inspect equipment and work areas to maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in scheduling and oversee the efficiency of operations to meet productivity targets.
• Handle operational issues and troubleshoot as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable working in environments that may involve exposure to dust, rust, and scrap metal.
• Prior experience in metal handling or metal fabrication related field is preferred.
• Must be capable of standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
