Job Description
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products and services (eg accommodations, tours, transportation, dining experiences)
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts
Partnership Development
- Formulate and execute co-branded promotions and campaigns to drive mutual growth
- Build long-term relationships with partners that enhance the travel offering
- Monitor partner performance and ensure service level agreements are met
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approaches and uncover new sales & partnership opportunities
