About The Role

Concierge Officer plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth living experience for residents in exclusive residential estate. You will manage daily inquiries, support concierge operations and maintain a welcoming and secure environment within the estate.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide professional and timely assistance to residents for all inquiries and requests
• Manage concierge duties such as facility bookings, courier service and transportation arrangements
• Handle incoming calls, deliveries and parcels accurately
• Coordinate function room or event area setup to ensure smooth support
• Uphold estate safety and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area at all times

What We're Looking For Someone Who's

• Service-oriented, approachable, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or residential management is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work rotating shifts
