Job Scope
- Ensures highest standard of service delivery to tenants/ customers/visitors.
- Handle first level enquires, through incoming calls, email or walk in
- Understand tenants/ customers/ visitors needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answer to their queries and concerns.
- Gather tenants/ customers feedback and sentiments and escalate to the relevant parties for further actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all interactions with tenants/ customers.
- Ensure smooth visitors registration.
- Assist and provides support for tenant events activities in the aspects of registration to ensure events organised by tenants within the building premises run smoothly.
- Manage car park application include promoting season parking.
- Coordinating with relevant parties on tenant directory, digital panel, website and TV screen.
- Maintains and improves service level quality by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Attend to urgent cases referred by Building Manager.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in similar field
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on Alternate half Saturday
- Working Location at central (Building)
