Concierge

Job Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide information on stores, directions, and transport.
• Assist with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and equipment loans (wheelchairs/strollers).
• Manage gift-with-purchase redemptions, sell mall vouchers, and assist with event registrations.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of mall campaigns and tenant offers.
• Conduct daily mall walks to check facilities and cleanliness.
• Handle voucher reimbursements and maintain inventory of promotional materials.
• Act as the first point of contact for lost items/children and emergencies, coordinating closely with security and operations teams.

Key Requirements

• Relevant experience in Customer Service would be advantageous
• Customer Service oriented and passionate about serving customers
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good team player with commitment and initiative
• Good and precise communication skills
• Willing to learn attitude
