Job Description:

• Serve as the primary liaison for VVIP, VIP, and high-net-worth (CIP) patients, ensuring a seamless and personalized healthcare journey.
• Coordinate all aspects of care, including medical appointments, procedures, admissions, and follow-ups with relevant departments.
• Anticipate and respond to patient needs, delivering concierge-level service that meets the highest standards.
• Manage logistics such as transport arrangements, treatment scheduling, documentation, and real-time communication with clients or their representatives.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and assist with billing, insurance, cost estimates, and payment processes.
• Respond to referrals and inquiries promptly, and keep referring GPs informed of patient outcomes and care plans.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
