Job Description
Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is looking for a
Computer Shop E-Commerce Assistant to support our online marketplace operations. The role involves managing product listings, processing online orders, and assisting with daily e-commerce activities across platforms such as
Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon Singapore.
This position requires
physical presence in our office at Sim Lim Square and involves hands-on operational work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and other marketplaces
- Manage product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock updates
- Process online orders, packing coordination, and shipment preparation
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on marketplace platforms
- Assist with planning promotions, campaigns, and marketplace activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and stock management
Requirements
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Lazada / Shopee / Amazon preferred)
- Familiarity with computers, IT products, or electronics retail is an advantage
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work full-time on site at Sim Lim Square
- Basic knowledge of Excel or product data management preferred
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily operational tasks
Working Hours
Full-time position with
physical attendance required at our office.
