Job Description

Bizgram Asia Pte Ltd is looking for a Computer Shop E-Commerce Assistant to support our online marketplace operations. The role involves managing product listings, processing online orders, and assisting with daily e-commerce activities across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon Singapore.

This position requires physical presence in our office at Sim Lim Square and involves hands-on operational work.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and other marketplaces

• Manage product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock updates

• Process online orders, packing coordination, and shipment preparation

• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on marketplace platforms

• Assist with planning promotions, campaigns, and marketplace activities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and product information

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and stock management

Requirements

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Lazada / Shopee / Amazon preferred)

• Familiarity with computers, IT products, or electronics retail is an advantage

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Able to work full-time on site at Sim Lim Square

• Basic knowledge of Excel or product data management preferred

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle daily operational tasks

Working Hours

Full-time position with physical attendance required at our office.
