Our client is looking for skilled Computer Architecture Modeling and Simulation Senior Researcher to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the planning, research, and implementation of computer architecture modeling, simulation, and optimization technologies. Design and develop platforms for generative recommendation system modeling and new computer architecture simulation to support workload-architecture co-design:

1. Gain insights from the technological trends in computer architecture modeling, simulation, and system architecture optimization; contribute to technological planning.
2. Research and design efficient modeling and simulation platform, implementing key technologies including generative recommendation system modeling, dynamic AI workload modeling, and new computer architecture simulation.
3. Build simulation platforms to support generative recommendation systems featuring memory pooling architecture, PD separation deployment, and Ascend affinity model design, enabling effective hardware-software co-design.
4. Identify, plan, and drive collaborative projects with Technical Leaders from top universities in Singapore to strengthen our technical innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Solid understanding of modern computer architecture (e.g., CPU, GPU), memory hierarchy; familiarity with the design principles of distributed computing and emerging computing architectures, capability in hardware-software co-design and system-level optimization.
3. Familiarity with AI model workloads such as recommendation systems, large language models (LLMs), and vision-language models (VLMs); proven experience in performance acceleration and optimization.
4. Strong communication skills and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
