Job Description
- Specialized as a technical professional responsible for creating construction drawings, structural details, and precise reinforcing steel schedules (rebar) to ensure integrity and cost-efficient construction
- Create, update, and modify structural and architectural shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Calculate total rebar weight and quantity from drawings for procurement and cost estimation
- Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to interpret structural designs and resolve site discrepancies
- Visit project sites to take measurements, verify, and produce as-built drawings based on site adjustments
- Prepare shop drawings for submission to consultants and authorities, incorporating comments for final approval
