Composite Technician

A Composite Technician role involving the performance and supervision of composite manufacturing and repair processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise vacuum bagging

• Perform and supervise metal to metal bonding

• Perform and supervise wet and dry lay-up of composite materials

• Perform and supervise honeycomb machining

• Perform basic assembly work

• Operate curing oven

• Use heat con for local bonding process

• Schedule repair process to meet job delivery

• Perform basic troubleshooting in composite work

• Clear Work Package upon job completion

About you

• Able to work independently

• Able to perform basic troubleshooting in composite work

• Able to read simple blue prints, routing and repair sketches

• Able to schedule repair process to meet job delivery

• Ensure work is carried out according to Repair Schemes / Routing

• Ensure high quality of work output

• Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop

• Good work attitude and a team player

• Demonstrate good personal responsibility
