Compliance Supervisor / Manager (Govt Sector / Law enforcement)

Job Scope:

• Plan, schedule, and assign compliance checks at Protected Areas, Protected Places (PAPPs), and Security Sensitive Locations (SSLs).

• Train Compliance Officers to ensure competency in conducting checks.

• Track progress and provide monthly status updates.

• Supervise and guide Compliance Officers, including conducting quality checks.

• Review compliance reports and refer lapses for investigation.

• Prepare annual performance analysis of duty security officers, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and recommending improvements.

• Perform other duties related to compliance checks as directed by the Authority.

• Adhere to all rules communicated by the Authority.

Requirements:

General:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• May require a valid Private Investigator licence.

• Traits: confidentiality, strong English communication, observation and analytical skills, report writing, organizational/project management, proficient in Microsoft Office, computer literate, able to work under pressure, independent, and able to lead a team of Contract Assessors.

Education & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent in any field.

• Preferably 5+ years in audit/compliance and law enforcement.

• Experience in Singapore Police Force or any Law Enforcement Agency.

• Job grade JR11 or above.

Security & Affiliation:

• Must not hold a Security Officer licence for 1 year prior or during the contract.

• Candidate and immediate family must have no past/present business ties or vested interests in any SA for 2 years prior and during the contract.
