Compliance & Risk Manager (Property Management)

• Perm with AWS and Bonuses, North Area
• At least 5 years experience in compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.

The incumbent will oversee compliance policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements withintownship management. This role ensures adherence to legal and industry standards, mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update compliance policies and SOPs in line with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure effective staff training on compliance policies.
• Maintain records and provide reports on compliance status.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Building Management, or a related field.
• At least5 years experiencein compliance, risk management, or audit, preferably in property or township management.
• Strong knowledge ofcompliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirementsin Singapore.
• Familiarity with theCode of Governance for Town Councilswill be ideal.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
