What youll do:

As a Compliance and Risk Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of compliance initiatives across the subsidiary and sub-region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve running detailed analytics to generate insightful reports that underpin compliance operations.

  • Support subsidiary and sub-region leadership in establishing compliance as a foundational element of their business operations by providing guidance and monitoring adherence to policies.
  • Deliver compliance support, consulting services, and regular monitoring to help management achieve their business goals while effectively mitigating risks.
  • Collaborate with Business & Finance Compliance champions by offering training on best practices, investigating potential issues, and interpreting dashboard indicators.
  • Facilitate or assist with Compliance Committee meetings involving senior leaders from various departments to ensure compliance remains a top priority within the organisation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related queries within the subsidiary and sub-region, fostering open communication channels.
  • Identify geo-specific risks not addressed by global frameworks and work proactively to address these gaps through tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with consulting partners on quarterly controls testing to ensure timely resolution of identified issues and provide constructive feedback for process improvement.
  • Review root causes of control assessment observations within ASEAN subsidiaries, ensuring that remediation actions are both effective and sustainable.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with third-party auditors, risk consultants, corporate teams, and external service providers to enhance risk elimination efforts.
  • Promote closed group collaboration with external parties delivering helpdesk and monitoring services to strengthen overall compliance posture.

What you bring:

To excel as a Compliance and Risk Analyst in this role, you will bring substantial experience from internal audit or risk assessment positionsideally within the technology sectoralongside advanced analytical skills utilising tools like Excel and Power BI. Your background should include managing structured programs or projects where recurring activities were central to success.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Internal Audit, Compliance or Risk Assessment within a technology environment is highly candidates from commercial industries will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis using Excel (including Vlookup and Pivot Tables) as well as Power BI for generating actionable insights.
  • Solid program management capabilities with proven experience managing recurring activities such as meetings, trainings, or reporting cycles.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex insights clearly through both written reports and verbal presentations tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Strong presentation-building skills using PowerP prior experience creating content for meetings or business trainings is advantageous.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across teams including leadership groups, legal counsel, HR professionals, auditors, consultants, and external service providers.
  • Keen attention to detail when reviewing root causes of control assessment findings or implementing remediation plans within subsidiaries.
  • Experience facilitating or supporting committee meetings involving senior stakeholders is beneficial but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude towards identifying geo-specific risks not covered by global frameworks and developing appropriate solutions.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of integrity while nurturing positive relationships throughout the organisation.
