Compliance Review & Onboarding Officer (Private Banking, Perm)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC documentation, including Source of Wealth corroboration and onboarding risk assessments.
• Perform name screening and initial client risk assessments, identifying potential AML/CFT risks for escalation.
• Compile and consolidate client information for periodic reviews
• Support Front Office in addressing transaction monitoring alerts
• Report any unusual activities or red flags in line with internal policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2-3 years of Compliance experience in private banking is essential
• Working exposure to AML/CFT areas such as KYC, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English Chinese proficiency is an advantage
