Compliance Operations Assurance, AVP - Digital Assets

We are partnering with a fast-growing digital assets firm in their search for a Compliance Operations Quality Assurance hire at AVP level. As part of its continued growth, the company is strengthening its compliance and risk oversight capabilities.

This role sits within the Compliance Quality Assurance function and focuses on reviewing and enhancing the effectiveness of key AML and control processes. You will conduct structured quality reviews across onboarding, periodic KYC reviews, transaction monitoring and risk assessments, helping ensure standards are applied consistently across jurisdictions. Beyond testing and review work, you will analyse trends, produce management insights, support process improvements, and contribute to training initiatives aimed at raising operational quality and regulatory readiness.

The ideal candidate would have more than 6 years of experience in AML, KYC or transaction monitoring within payments, fintech or digital asset environments, with exposure to QA or Quality Control. You should be comfortable working with corporate and institutional client structures, risk-based frameworks and regulatory requirements, and have a strong eye for detail combined with good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with screening or blockchain analytics tools would be highly advantageous.
