.Review financial reporting and handle Auditor and Tax agent
Key responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks
2. Conduct compliance monitoring and internal audits to assess adherence to regulatory requirements
3. Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external consultants when required.
4. Prepare and review regulatory reports and filings, annual declaration, including MAS returns
5. Conduct in review of customer due diligence (CDD) processes, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and risk assessments
6. Conduct compliance training sessions to enhance awareness of regulatory requirements
7. Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory guidelines, compliance adjustment
Required Qualifications & skills
1. Experience in a financial services regulatory compliance/internal audit role/fund management industry
2. Knowledge of MAS regulations
3. Ability and willingness to research regulations independently
4. Familiarity with AML/CFT regulations and customer due diligence processes
