Compliance Officer

Job Scope:

• Conduct compliance checks at Protected Areas, Protected Places (PAPPs), and Security Sensitive Locations (SSLs) using prescribed checklists.

  • Interview duty security personnel.

  • Verify personnel authorization.

  • Observe personnel capabilities and competencies.

• Prepare compliance reports detailing observations and outcomes (Compliant/Not Compliant).

• Lodge Police reports for compliance lapses as directed.

• Perform other duties related to compliance checks as assigned.

• Follow all rules communicated by the Contractor, Supervisor, or Authority.

Requirements:

General:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• May require a valid Private Investigator licence.

• Must demonstrate: confidentiality, strong English communication, observation and analytical skills, report writing, organizational and project management skills, computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), ability to work under pressure, independently and in teams.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Preferably 2+ years in audit/compliance and 2+ years in law enforcement.

• Experience with the Singapore Police Force or other law enforcement agencies.

Security Affiliation:

• Must not have held a Security Officer licence in the past year or during contract.

• No business connections or vested interests in any Security Agency (SA) for 2 years before or during contract.
