Position Overview
We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support the compliance function in Singapore. This role will focus on execution, monitoring, and day-to-day compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Monitoring
- Support AML/KYC, CRS, FATCA processes and reviews.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of client activities and transactions.
- Assist in periodic compliance testing and reviews.
2. Policy & Process Support
- Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies and procedures.
- Support implementation of internal controls.
3. Regulatory Reporting
- Assist in preparing regulatory filings and reports.
- Maintain proper compliance documentation and records.
4. Audit & Review
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify gaps and follow up on remediation actions.
5. Training & Support
- Support compliance training initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day compliance support to business teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3-6 years of compliance experience in financial services / wealth management / fund management.
- Experience with licensed entities (Singapore or Hong Kong) is preferred.
- Hong Kong compliance exposure is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MAS regulations, AML/KYC, CRS, FATCA, and Securities and Futures Act.
- Experience in compliance audit, internal audit, or regulatory review is highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution capability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
