This is an excellent opportunity to manage regulatory frameworks within a dynamic professional environment.

• Lead and refine anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing strategies to ensure full alignment with local regulatory expectations.

• Regularly review and update compliance manuals and internal policies to reflect the latest industry developments and statutory changes.

• Conduct thorough independent assessments and file sampling to verify adherence to established operational procedures.

• Provide expert guidance to internal business units regarding inquiries from external partners and regulatory bodies.

• Oversee the timely submission of necessary notifications and regulatory documentation for licensed representatives.

Skills and experience required

• At least 5 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience within the Singapore financial industry, ideally in asset management or wealth advisory.

• Strong familiarity with the Financial Advisers Act and its associated guidelines, notices, and circulars.

• Demonstrated proficiency in identifying risks associated with sophisticated financial products and private wealth clientele.

• Relevant academic qualifications in finance, business administration, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA are highly preferred for this position.
