Your new role

As the incoming Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the firm's reputation and ensuring adherence to global regulatory standards. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Compliance, you will design and execute risk-based compliance reviews, oversee surveillance activities, and contribute to the development of policies that set industry benchmarks. Your work will span drafting responses for due diligence, policy reviews, coordinating compliance metrics, and supporting annual regulatory reports. As a member of the regional compliance team your purview will also extend to the firm's other location in APAC. This is not a back-office role-it's a chance to influence strategy, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and make your mark in a dynamic environment that values precision and proactive thinking.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Minimum 7 years of compliance experience within the Private Equity, Asset Management, or buy-side investment management industry

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance policies

• The ability to deal with various senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies

• Able to work independently yet foster a collaborative mindset
