Compliance Manager - Leading Oil and Gas Firm
My client is a leading and growing Leading Commodities Firm and we are recruiting for a Compliance Manager professional to be based in the Singapore office.
Responsibilities for this Compliance Manager - Leading Oil and Gas Firm role
- Advise internal stakeholders on a daily basis and foster a compliance culture
- Advising the business on compliance issues such as sanctions, bribery and anti-corruption
- Having an advisory role on matters relating to sanctions or any transactions work
- Involvement in new initiatives and projects to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
- Responsible for reviewing compliance activity reporting for all business units and support reporting of Group activities on a consolidated basis to relevant stakeholders
- Develop operational compliance tools and assist with regulatory compliance reports
Requirements for this Compliance Manager - Leading Oil and Gas Firm role
- At least 10 years of compliance experience in trading houses or commodity firms
- Working knowledge of commodity regulations/reporting/trading/sanctions
- Independent and strong self-initiative.
