Compliance Manager

As part of its growth strategy, a digital asset organization is seeking a Compliance Manager to join its team in Singapore.

The Compliance Manager will oversee all aspects of Regulatory Compliance in Singapore and other jurisdictions. In this role, you will lead engagement and licensing initiatives, including the end-to-end management of license application. You will build a robust compliance and regulatory framework, working closely with the business as a key advisor on policies, procedures and standards.

This is a key hire for a well funded and high profile organization in the digital assets space. In this role, you will take the lead on regulatory compliance, with leadership potential.

The ideal candidate:

• 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance in the financial institutes or fintech space
• Exposure to the digital assets/cryptocurrency will be highly advantageous
• Deep familiarity with license application requirements and processes, ideally with proven hands-on experience in managing the application process
• Proven working relationships with regulators, in particular the Monetary Authority of Singapore
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ease of work across different business functions and geographies
