About the Job

The Compliance Intern will support the Group Compliance function by assisting with research, documentation, monitoring activities, and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to compliance operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices within a regional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Regulatory & Policy Support

  • Assist in researching regulatory updates across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Help review, update, and organize compliance policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Support the team in ensuring business units follow internal compliance guidelines.

Training & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of compliance training programs.
  • Help prepare presentation materials, communication emails, and awareness content.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Assist in compiling and formatting compliance reports for management review.
  • Participate in routine monitoring activities and data collection.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk, Governance or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in compliance, regulations, corporate governance, or risk management.
  • Good research, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 2 months.
