Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Research & Analysis

  • Monitor and summarize regulatory developments from MAS,

FATF, and other global regulators related to digital assets,

derivatives, and financial services.

  • Assist in evaluating the business impact of new or updated

regulatory requirements.

Policy & Framework Development

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal compliance

policies, procedures, and manuals.

  • Support efforts to align internal processes with regulatory

authorities

Licensing & Reporting Support

  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of documentation

for licensing.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external

consultants as needed.

Project Management Support

  • Support to plan, track, and execute compliance-related

projects

  • Maintain project trackers, document progress, and follow up

on deliverables to ensure timelines and milestones are met.

  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
