Key responsibilities

Keep abreast of regulatory developments across different jurisdictions to ensure consistent upkeep of the compliance frameworks to be in line with regulatory requirements.
Advise the business on regulatory compliance, AML requirements and market best practices.
Contribute to global compliance initiatives to enhance corporate governance, reporting, and monitoring processes.
Assist in liaising with regulators across locations on regulatory matters.

Role requirements

Between 4-10 years of compliance experience in the financial services sector, ideally from a brokerage background or a fast-paced environment such as Fintech or Digital Banks.
Experience across both regulatory compliance and AML will be advantageous but training can be provided for the successful candidate to grow into the role if he/she has the right attitude.
Ability to work independently.
