Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, including NEA, MOM, PUB, and SCDF guidelines
- Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to maintain compliance standards
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of waste management procedures and best practices
- Monitor and track waste handling activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
- Maintain and manage records of permits, licenses, inspections, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and laboratory teams to ensure proper waste handling and regulatory alignment
- Assist in audit preparation, inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor regulatory changes and support the implementation of updated compliance requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental compliance or waste management
- Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements (e.g., NEA, MOM, PUB, SCDF)
- Experience in handling compliance documentation, audits, and reporting
