Transaction Monitoring & AML

. Review and investigate alerts generated by the Transaction Monitoring system
. Support the clearance of the Transaction Monitoring alert backlog
. Conduct due diligence and background checks on potentially suspicious cases and alerts
. Review ad-hoc escalated cases from other functional teams within AML
. Identify unusual or suspicious transaction activities and escalate cases appropriately
. Support escalation of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where required
. Liaise with business units and internal teams on AML and Transaction Monitoring matters
. Provide support on Transaction Monitoring-related queries and cases
. Contribute to and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for the Transaction Monitoring team
. Support other Financial Crime Compliance activities as assigned
