You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including regulatory filings, onboarding / KYC process, and reporting requirements.
* Further developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to MAS licensing conditions and SFA regulations.
* Review compliance procedural manuals, guidelines, and marketing materials.
* Managing relationships with regulatory authorities and respond to their inquiries and audits.
* Conduct compliance training for all employees.
* Monitoring and enforcing compliance policies to all relevant employees.
* Monitor changes in compliance & regulatory developments and update the Company's relevant policies and procedures accordingly.
* Liaising with external auditors for MAS related audit queries.
* Other ad-hoc compliance matters as required.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with around 5-10 years of compliance asset management experience
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Singapore
* A self-motivated team-player with the ability to work independently
