- Execute risk-based compliance monitoring and surveillance programs across regional operations
- Partner with the regional head to design and update internal governance policies and industry-standard procedures
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of compliance metrics and annual regulatory reporting requirements
- Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, providing technical guidance on complex due diligence and policy matters
- Support cross-border compliance initiatives and regional regulatory interactions within the APAC territories
skills and experience required.
- At least 3 years of regulatory compliance experience within the private equity or asset management sector
- Prior experience in reviewing marketing materials is a plus
- Proven expertise in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and implementing risk-based monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
