Bubbles Gymnastics (formerly known as Sky Gym) was established in 2005 to cater for children aged 1 year and above to learn gymnastics in a FUN, SAFE AND POSITIVE environment. Our aim is to promote Gymnastics For All through our custom designed activities for both our competitive and non-competitive programs, reaching out to as many children as possible. We strive to impart gymnastics skills in a structured and fun manner while developing the individual as a whole. Job Summary

Join Bubbles Gymnastics as a coach to develop and deliver structured gymnastics programs for recreational and competitive gymnasts. You will lead skill development, coordinate team practices, and engage with parents and colleagues to drive a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of coaching strategies that prepare competitive gymnasts for competition success
• Coordinate practice planning and skill development to ensure progressive and accessible growth paths for all gymnasts
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of competitive programs to optimize athlete performance
• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate coaching for recreational gymnastics classes
• Maintain accurate registration and attendance records to support program administration
• Communicate consistently and clearly with parents to address inquiries and provide quality service
• Assist in preparing detailed lesson plans for camps and classes to enhance program delivery
• Coordinate scheduling and event planning for all coaches to ensure smooth operational flow
• Support daily operations by supervising and training employees under the guidance of your superior
• Manage follow-up communications including day-to-day emails and other administrative tasks to maintain organizational efficiency
