Compensation Specialist

Brief Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Specialist to enhance C&B strategies, and support key business projects collaboratively. Join our dynamic team to make a significant impact in HR management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage C&B initiatives, including market benchmarking, support the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus processes.
• Coordinate and support the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus processes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for HR leadership and management.
• Track key metrics such as compensation competitiveness, benefits utilization, and program costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective manpower planning and HR budget management.
• Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable employment legislation, tax requirements, and company policies.
• Assist in HR projects and respond to urgent business needs, including payroll and benefits support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Management, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in benefits and rewards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and skills in data visualization.
• Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
