Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards, based in Singapore, with regional responsibility across Southeast Asia. This is a pivotal role supporting the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programmes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market competitiveness across a diverse set of markets.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Rewards, the role spans a broad remit across compensation and benefits. You will lead key benefits review initiatives, including insurance and retirement plans, with a focus on enhancing offerings and introducing greater flexibility within programme design. In parallel, you will manage broad-based compensation initiatives, including programme design, optimisation, and the structuring of complex local and cross-border offers. As part of the regional scope, you will also support mobility-related matters, partnering with stakeholders to ensure effective policy application, and providing guidance on cross-border moves and offer structuring in line with internal frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in the annual compensation review cycle, acting as a core contributor to the year-end process and as an internal subject matter expert. In doing so, you provide support across performance reviews, salary adjustments, bonus allocations, and equity recommendations, while overseeing analysis, communications, and the delivery of total compensation statements. In addition, the role supports a range of regional projects and governance initiatives, including incentive and variable pay design, alongside the ongoing management of the job architecture framework to ensure equitable and consistent job levelling across markets.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, HR or a related discipline, and bring 6 to 8 years of experience in Total Rewards within a multinational environment, underpinned by strong analytical capability and commercial acumen. You will be a collaborative and credible partner with a consultative approach, able to partner stakeholders and navigate complex, cross-border considerations. A high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and strong proficiency in Excel and related tools are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for a rewards professional looking to deepen regional exposure, including mobility, while contributing to a high-impact, strategically evolving rewards function.
