Job Responsibilities
Overview
This role plays a pivotal part in developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs and HR policies. This role will play a key part in driving employee engagement and organizational performance through effective performance management, competitive compensation, robust benefits and wellness programs and HR policies.
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, HR team, and senior stakeholders, you will translate data and insights, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, market competitiveness, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance & Rewards Strategy
- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and feedback.
- Support and execute annual promotion and compensation review exercises, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Compensation & Market Benchmarking
- Participate in market compensation surveys and conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and data analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support compensation decisions.
- Benefits & Wellness
- Manage employee benefits programmes in partnership with brokers and insurers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, relevance, and compliance.
- Design and champion wellness initiatives, monitoring effectiveness through participation metrics and employee feedback.
- Policies & Governance
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies and frameworks to ensure alignment with legal requirements, internal governance, and best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation, benefits, and policy matters.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and other HR team to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader HR initiatives and change programmes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Sharp analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes.
- A collaborative team player with strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with HR systems and HR analytics tools is an advantage.
