Responsibilities
- Design and optimise distribution compensation & incentive frameworks
- Evaluate business cases and track performance against financial targets
- Partner closely with Agency, Partnerships, Finance, and Actuarial teams
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve incentive effectiveness
- Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects across distribution
- Review and enhance agency recruitment incentive schemes
- Handle exception cases / appeals with commercial and financial judgement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Actuarial, or Analytics roles
- Experience in insurance or financial services (highly preferred)
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
