Job Responsibilities:
Plans, designs, and develops global/regional compensation programs (i.e. base pay, incentive, and other reward programs) including evaluating cost and effectiveness of programs
Provides analytical and technical support, design and implementation of the organization's total rewards strategy
Supporting the design and development of executive compensation packages, including base salary, incentive and LTIP supporting the global LTIP process, including budgeting, supporting HR and business leaders, communications, and analysis decision making supporting the creation of materials for compensation committee meetings, including researching executive compensation
Responds to compensation surveys and specials studies ensures compliance with local regulatory requirements compensation policy governance assess pay equity perform quantitative data analysis, as required
May design benefit plan programs and provisions, including modeling cost impacts design employee health and wellness programs supporting establishment of global benefits inventory, including collecting cost and contract information, and reporting on such to management
Works with the Service Delivery Center (SDC) to prepare and produce required regulatory reports and materials audit benefit plans to ensure compliance with plan provisions and legislated requirements
Provides total rewards consultation and support to the business and HRBPs/VPs
Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related inquiries
Recommends organization salary structure movements and salary increase budgets and administers annual compensation programs
Reviews and updates job descriptions
Audits the compensation function for process improvement opportunities and conducts research and internal/external benchmarking studies of best practices
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in HR related field / Business Admin or equivalent
Min 8 years of experience in designing, and developing global/regional compensation programs (APAC experience will be good)
Well versed in compensation and benefit benchmarking and compliances
